I am so happy that you've started writing again. I feel so bad for Lucas. He's definitely got a classic class of depression, but I think it's more situational (deaths in his family) than any thing else. Or at least that's what my master's degree tells me. It's sitting on a shelf though, so maybe you shouldn't listen to it. I like how staunchly supportive Dan is being, esp since anything emotional is just totally outside of his wheel house. I'm sure anything psychological will be just as foreign to him as well. Nathan's jealousy about Dan's concern is interesting. On one hand, I understand it. On the other hand I want to smack him. Luke's having a horrible time and he needs Nate's support, of all people. I really hope that you write more. I want to see how Luke comes to terms with the changes in his life and how he adjusts. Dan's support is crucial and I hope he doesn't waver because Luke will sense it and that would be a horrible set back.

I'm liking this interaction with Lucas and Dan. It's a rare inside look at their relationship. It's not having Lucas warm up immediately which is very in character! Great job again but I have a feeling, the gang would know right away or pretty fast about Karen. That's the only issue I see thus far! :)

Wow...I'm definitely was crushed for Lucas right now, I'm almost in tears. Poor kiddo... great job though, your description and detail is beautiful. In my previous review, I failed to give you the proper encouragement. That past chapter was incredible, everything was so beautiful and full of Lucas angst which are two components I love. Keep up your writing...it's a gift! Now, I have some more chapters to read...yay! :)
