So who did they replace Faith with? Who is as badass as Faith besides Buffy that can take her place? Hopefully they loaded her replacement up with as much mojo as they did her.

What is with these bastard putting all of this Crap on young children's shoulders,why don't they do their own are like all of those brave freedom fighters that get young kids to strap on bomb vests and supposedly did for their god.

Whether...Good thing they have Slayer powers the way they get their ass beat all of the how many more years will they be doing this before they pass the stake to the younger ones? Those two have been doing this for twenty two years and they still have another fight coming in the near need a break sometime.

It's been almost ten years since you've finished this story and i'm not even sure you will read this. But just wanted to tell you it's been a great read. Finished both storries in under two nights. It felt like I knew ALL the characters not just the ones from the original show. I could see the growth they made as time passed. Just very well written, so thank you.

Wow, you wrote this...over 5 years ago? AWESOME. I am seriously spoiled for any other story and should just stop. So rare to find such a gem, I didn't want it to end. I was fascinated and enthralled the whole way through. This wasn't just another B/F romance, it was so much more, EPIC! The story was so well paced and so easy to follow and stay engaged. I've been reading fan fic for years and years, I am not much younger than you, just for reference :) so please I hope I can impress upon you that I really have rarely had so much fun reading a BTVS Fanfic...or really any other fandom.

I know I am late to have found this fic. I admit to skipping over it many times, but for whatever reason I picked it up last week on my Kindle. (fun little device, that is!)

Anyway, I wish you well and hope you get a kick out of this review, if you should ever see it.

I got into Buffy late last year and have been devouring every piece of canon and fic I could find ever since (one of my best friends is to blame for that). I read AECR and absolutely loved it, then I decided to read this. You just blew me away with your AMAZING fics!

First of all, I love the story. It's so well-planned and every character plays their part very well. Each arc within the main plot is worked through piece by piece, and I absolutely adore your use of different POVs to show the reader exactly what you want them to see.

Secondly, I really enjoyed Buffy and Faith's relationship from beginning to end. You were right when you said that they moved a little fast at the start of AECR, though I didn't feel like it was extremely rushed. I also like how vague Faith is about their relationship in the first chapter of CIS, as if it doesn't matter to her what title their relationship is given as long as they are together. And their love scenes are some of the most well-written I've ever read (which goes to show that it doesn't always have to be graphic to get the point across).

Another thing I really loved was the way you forged connections between Faith and your two OCs, Emma and Nicky. You wove every piece of their stories together so well that as soon as I saw the plot coming together, I was completely enthralled. I HAD to know more. The Goddess' part in the whole series was so curious to me, but in the end I knew she would be there for Emma and the others.

Let me just finish off by saying how BRILLIANT this series is. These two stories are definitely on my top-10 favorite fics. You did an outstanding job!

From the second i started reading this story and read the 'major character death' thing i was like 'oh noes', and then i tried to make this fic last as long as possible, but i couldn't resist wanting to read it, to see what happened, but i didn't want it to actually end, you know?.
