Especially that last line, or Sakura's.

It is amazing. "She is strong, and she is a girl." or, "Now she cries when her boys are in danger, and then she fights to save them."

Some really powerful lines right there!

Such a beatiful and simple analysis over some of the better female characters on the show... and why they rock!

I like feminist writing as much as the next liberal woman and parts of this drift were well done. But each beginning sentence was wanting. I realize this is probably because you tried to connect the word strong and girl in many different ways but most of them kinda failed. It made me stop and quirk an eyebrow after reading them. The fic was too short and, unfortunately, the last line was a horror. Like a bad summary novice writers tack on. Really corny. Shallow. Not a good way to wrap up at all.

That said, I'm posting this as anonymous because I am a fan of some of your other works and I want you to be able to get rid of this review if you so wish (since you might be one of those writers who freak out and want to erase all negative criticism). That's cool with me. But I just wanted to let you know that this particular fic was a huge turn off.
