Hehehe. I had a major squee attack reading this. The first time I saw the Idiot's Lantern I was like "Eh, nice episode nothing special, though." But then I started thinking about it more, and saw it again, and I realized just how totally awesome it is. I mean, the scene which you have the Doctor reflecting on, that was just... amazing. As was this fic. :D Loved it.
