It's literally been years, and still I find myself coming back to this story every time I want to revisit Get Backers fanfic.

I do realize that a lot has probably changed, to the point when you might have distanced yourself from writing altogether. Or maybe you are getting ready to publish a book of your own. Heck, I don't even know if you read comments to this story anymore.

But I just wanted to let you know that there are still people who would be very happy to see this story continued even after so many years, myself included. I suppose it's telling something about the story, you know, that the people haven't given up and haven't moved away. And it would have been interesting to see just how much your writing style has changed over the years, don't you agree?

I have found it about a year ago and was almost sure you abandoned it for good. Recently I checked it again, not really hoping for anything, and... vois-la. You really made me happy. Thank you.

I understand how hard it is to come back to a story after so much time has passed. And this is why I appreciate it even more. Hope you will get over your writer's block and take up writing again, because you are really good at it. It's always a shame when a talented author gives up on something he/she can do so well. No pressure, though, no matter how I want to see this story continued ;)

Also, I didn't think the pace was slow, actually. To me, emotions, thoughts and detail are as much a part of a story as the actual plot is. Details are what make the story deep and heart-felt... to me, at least. It's much worse when an author just jumps to the relationship for no apparent reason, not explaining the motivation at all.
