I thought it was absolutely cute. So sweet! yes, I know it's been like 2 years. But much luv!

I actually liked how you started off. Fred at the Leyline and wishing for Gene. It's a good idea to build a plot around.

But, then you threw in the dream bit. LOL

One sure way to make a story go down hill, is to make the main character "wake up". It takes all the fun out of a good plot.

If you ever do decide to use that idea to build an actual story with conflict, twists, and turns, I don't think you'll go wrong. Just don't make Fred wake up again...lol

I enjoyed reading this. At first I was kinda confused on what was going, but then the whole "Midnight Mitsumi" thing made me realize what was really going on. I like how you tricked me on what was really happening.

Very sweet ending too. I loved Gene's reaction to Fred's constant questions. A true classic senario.

Hi, this was pretty well-written and I enjoyed reading it. (There aren't enough Gene/Fred stories around! Don't you agree?) Also, I really like the story concept of Fred being in the Galactic Leyline and given a chance to get any thing he'desired', he chose Gene :P
