I think the story was very good overall. The only area that felt out of character to me was when the Doctor said "I love you." He was too casual about it. Think about the 2 other times he's tried to say it ("The Impossible Planet/Satan's Pit" and "Doomsday"). It is not something he's ever succeeded at and I don't think he could say it quite so quickly and smoothly.

But other than that the story was very good.

I particularly liked the "fight" over the remote and imagine they were quite a sight when Mickey walked in.

Jackie's statement that the rest of the world already knew about the way they felt about each other was spot on.

It was just as great re-reading it a 2nd time, as it was the 1st time!

It made my heart flutter :)

This is the 2nd storyline that ive read with Dr. and Rose 's affections being shown in it.

Keep up the best of imagination-writing!

on a side note, to bad DT and BP isnt a r/l couple, I think they would be a good team.

You should submit some of these to BBC, I'm surprised that you dont work for them too.

Well, I liked it for the most part. My only qualm, is that it seems to me that in this last part here, the doctor acts a bit like a 16 year old girl. I know the dr has doubts and fears like all of us, but i dont think he d voice them quite as you had written here. I think telling someone that he loves them is very very hard for the dr, and the words just kind of were said by him without any ado. It just seemed a little out of character to me. Tho i did appreciate the remote wrestling and mickey walking in the last chapter. i think you ve done a good job so far! kudos!

aww, cute. and its good that you've gogt Mickey accepting the relationship, because i always feel that he gets wither left out of the story or has the "annoying im in the way character" shoved on him. and to be honest, he is so nice to rose, i mean she bungles off a million years in the future and then comes back only when she wants to and hes always waited for her. well, untill he stayed in the Parallel universe anyway. well done.

This is a really good first chapter. Unfortunately I happened to find my pet hate in it.

PLEASE don't place an author's note smack-bang in the middle of a story. The purpose of reading fanfic is to suspend our disbelief but this is extremely hard to do when a little voice from the real world pops up in the middle of a chapter.
