I liked this! I'm not that familiar with football, but I was really into the plays while rooting for Charlie. And I enjoyed the MasterCard-like ending!

Colby raised his eyebrows, but winced internally. He had just called a play that had Charlie sneaking up the middle. He looked at David. “So he’ll be pissed if you hurt him, and pissed if you don’t hit him.”

David grimaced. “Basically.”

“Good luck with that.”

I loved that part it was so funny! I'm putting this on my favorites it's fat to amazing to not be on my favorites. I love it! I didn't really understand the football parts but then I don't wathc football. lol.

I found this story funny. I wanted to laugh until tears were coming down my face. The ending was especially funny.

Sheesh, lighten up Amita. I, for one, enjoyed this immensely. The ear injury and Charlie puking made me squirm a little, but all around I had a lot of fun with it. I don't see why Amita had to get all stuck-up about it. Even Larry and Megan were amused and having a good time (Larry was a gem in this, by the way - I love Larry). And LOL at Alan: "Stupidity."

I don't know anything about football, so I don't know why you made that comment in the beginning of the chapter (did you write a game that was completely unrealistic or something?) but I found myself entertained and following along with most everything you described. I love the sibling rivalry, Charlie's comment about the physics department, and the fact that Charlie finally beat Don at a sport! Colby was great in this too. He underestimated Charlie at first (like Don and everyone else), so I'm glad he got wise and decided to actually put Charlie in the game. *sniff* Our little math geek... he's all grown up!

This was the funniest story I've read in awhile, it made me laugh and like Charlie thing at the end "Beating your big brother at football: priceless" And I so agree with him!

simply great story teller. I honestly couldn't decide whether I wanted the red team or the

blue team to win, nor could I predict ahead of time which team would win.

Underdog Charlie and last one to be chosen for a team requited himself well. Yay!

And I'll betcha big brother Don, even though he'd never in a million years admit it, was

just pretty proud of him.
