Yes, he is. In naruto chapter 364, found on a sight called naruto manga returns, it shows into the hole in Tobi's mask. The same hole that Obito's non-removed sharingan was. There is a sharingan there. Tobi and Obito both wear black and have the same hair. They both have more of a conscience than most akatsuki members. Akatsuki had Kakuzu who could re-animate boke parts. One theory is that Zetsu found the dying Obito and rescued him. Another is that he some how escaped. Both had a low regard for rules. There is also the name relation. As my final proof I quote chapter 364. This is what Obito/Tobi says: "The sharingans true power... my power...Uchiha Madara's power..." Next it shows you the picture. You may think that Tobi is Uchiha Madara, but keep in mind that Madara was an extremely powerful ninja that probably lived long ago. Tobi is a strong but not extreme ninja who is theoreticly about kakashi's age. This is the proof that Obito and Tobi are the same person.

That first assumption is just one's belief. Tobi is Madara. Above it says that it shows "Obito's non-removed sharingan" under his mask in the manga. Madara has sharingan as well, infact, he was the first Uchiha. And I know you're probably thinking something like: "If he's that old then he must be Obito." But Orochimaru has a jutsu to stay young, so why couldn't Madara? Also, just because Tobi has short hair like Obito doesn't mean that Madara wasn't smart enough to cut his hair. It doesn't matter how long their hair is, the people in the show Naruto are not so caveman-like that they cannot figure out how to cut their hair. And you can't make an assumption saying that he's Obito because they both wear black. Also, Madara is veyr smart, so he would have been able to do research and make it seem like he's Obito by making himself look a little like him and make his name close to Obito's. And if he was Obito trying to disguise himself, I don't think he'd be stupid enough to make his name so similar. Tobi, also, could be not using his full power so it seems like he's Obito. This is proof to contradict the "proof" given above.

I really liked your story and it was REALLY long which i also enjoyed.(Even though i lost some sleep) but i do have one question that you didnt elaborate on, what happend with Nejis eyes, does he only have one now or what, please answers this cause if you dont its gonna bbug the heck out of me.

I really love your story, its really good (drools over shika with glasses!). But I'm sorry, I just dont like your ending, and I do think you rushed it. But Its still a really good fanfic!
