I like this. I don't read Bleach fics, usually, so seeing such stories like this greatly encourage me to look a bit further into the fandom. I think the best part is that the characters have their own lives and persona beyond that of the manga. You really feel Kenpachi's pain and suffering, and the Unohana parts just work out wonderfully. I hope you return to write more of this story.

You have a very eerie storytelling style, and boy does it work here. Love the characters, and the way you've portrayed them. I can so see this happening in my mind. And of all the possible bankai forms for Zaraki I've seen, this one takes the cake. It's so gosh-darn creepy.

Only thing I don't like is the fact that the last chapter jumped around a bit, but you gave a good reason for that, so I can live with it.

But wow. This is GOOD. Instant favourite.

Every chapter had me going... I'm really glad I decided to read this fic, some people make character deaths seem so stupid. But this is just, amazing... I absolutely love this and I hope you don't have any troubly for the next chap.
