I don't think that the characters are out of character at all. :) I find Sasuke hilarius with the way he's so blunt, and You've got Naruto's profile down.

Rather nice, rather nice… Although I suggest you give it a completely unexpected twist, since it's easy to go cliché with NarutoHP xovers. Maybe read all the others so you can get an idea of what not to do?
