It's been 4 years, and im afraid ive lost hope in this story ever being completed. But if you're not dead, please do update.

P.S. Can I give a plot suggestion? Idk if you have it all figured out already or not, but what if Snape were to teach Hermione how to transform into an animagus so that she could also deal with the pain? Plus, depending on what animal form she becomes, she could possibly use it to her advantage to spy or sneak around...
