NO! NOT ACE!

This is a very well written story. Ace and The Doctor were both very in character.

I'm going to accept that something like this is most likely what happened to Ace. Dieing for The Doctor seems like something she would do.

I'll admit, this got me a little teary.

Great story - I'm a major Seven and Ace fan - they are my all-time favorite Doctor/Companion set, though Nine with Rose and Ten with Martha - and of course, Four with any companion - are all big favorites.

This story was a lovely nostalgic blast - thanks for writing it!
