Amazing! I liked the alternate ending much bett, actually. I had to read the original one three or four times, because I was expecting Penny to be shot, and so it wasn't making sense to me. Nothing like seeing Reid in tough, and the team saving him.

I'm really surprised that you made Hotch so cruel in this story, because I've never seen cruelty in him in the show. But, this is easily one of the very best CM stories I have ever read. Amazing! I loved it, and I really hope you've written more.
