Reviews for The Devil's Workshop
Jenjoremy chapter 1 . 9/12
I loved Sam comparing Dean to Jess's nephew. He really is just an overgrown preschooler! And the lady at church falling for Dean's charm and thinking Sam was the troublemaker was absolutely perfect. Fun little story!
HobbitLover4eva chapter 1 . 7/11
Oh holy cow this is hilarious. Dean was so cute back in season one. When he was still fun to watch. And I could totally see him behaving like a four-year-old child in church XD
Jade Ice Fire chapter 1 . 2/23/2015
I love the whole image of Dean humming Sympathy for the Devil in church. lol I Favorited this one!
Fi Suki Saki chapter 1 . 1/30/2015
Two words: Poor Sam...

xD
NoilyPrat chapter 1 . 1/5/2015
oh my goodness! *snort* *chortle* *cough*

Dean sounds just like a kid on a sugar rush, trying to behave in church. I feel for Sam, really I do. *chortle*

Extra funny for the gifts Sam gave Dean - and smiling now cause Sam even kept a few. :D
NogadamoBhitia chapter 1 . 9/21/2014
You write wonderful new scenes for old episodes. I love reading them and often go back to rematch episodes after I do. This story reminds me of taking my nieces and nephews to church.
sapphireswimming chapter 1 . 3/27/2013
This was hilarious. My goodness, watching Dean try to get through an entire service, and seeing Sam's ever increasing frustration as he got blamed for his brother's impious antics, was hilarious. As was Dean putting a fiver in the offering plate so as not to rip off God, and figuring out how to take down a golum, and enjoying the coloring book as his inner four year old took over. And the fact that Sam kept some of them. I also really appreciate the idea that Sam counts out his frustration in Latin and rarely makes it to quinque. XD
ziggy.uk chapter 1 . 9/27/2011
Had to smile at this, only Dean could be the one who was annoying in church but Sam be the one getting the frosty looks from the lady in front! Can just imagine Dean giving her the 'butter wouldn't melt' smile as she directed all her disapproval at his innocent brother! And could also imagine Dean colouring in the weapons in the GI Joe colouring book in rebellious 'Dean' colours!
Jedi Arwen Sparrow Winchester chapter 1 . 5/4/2011
Very entertaining and well done.

SOrry I can't write much more, my hands are too cold.

(Brr...winter chills, ya know?)
Menthol Pixie chapter 1 . 3/8/2010
Lol, Dean and his colouring book. Too funny, and sweet. Nice work :)
SunnyZim chapter 1 . 2/6/2010
This was hilarious! I can totally picture Dean doing this and then charming the socks off that old lady! And the colouring book - he he - trust Dean!
Lillehafrue chapter 1 . 8/24/2009
This is brilliant. I nearly died laughing. And taking two children to church each week, I totally sympathize with Sam! I love this!
Whilom chapter 1 . 6/9/2009
Dean as an obnoxious 4 year old-in a grown man's body. ;) I can totally see him doing this, and Sam acting all holier-than-thou because SOMEbody has to be mature and it sure isn't going to be Dean. My favorite part was Sam trying to provide entertainment in the pews, first with the pen and paper, then with the Bible. I can just see his look of longsuffering. ;P
BlueSea14 chapter 1 . 1/5/2009
Ohy my gosh, I love 'four-year-old' Dean in a church! That was hilarious. I couldn't help feeling sympathy for Sam, nor could I stop laughing at Dean's antics.

Good job!
Midnight Tennyo chapter 1 . 12/15/2008
Wow, I really enjoy reading your stuff and am slowly working my way through all of them. There are so many I'd love to favorite, but this one was just so -cute- and I loved Dean in it so much, I figured I just -had- to favorite and comment about it. I really like your writing style; it's so easy to read, I'm always curious to see what happens, your dialogue sounds natural and in-character and I love your interpretation of the characters. In this fic I especially liked the pious church lady mixing up the trouble maker vs. respectable patron, Dean not ripping off God, and the thing with the coloring books was priceless. Poor Sam, I'd probably want to kill him too! Great job, I'm looking forward to reading more of your stuff!
