Very nice beginning, although I liked the prick!Ron I was rather expecting Hermione to side with the prat for at least a bit longer before she looked for the truth.

I am really enjoying how you are having Harry fade into Darkness, slowly but he is going. It is very realiztic. And the bit with the Phoenix song at the end of this paragraph, does Harry's apprehension at hearing it tell us that he is going Dark?

I look forward to an update.

A pretty good story thus far, and the harry/padma is a bonus too.

I like the way you've dealt with ron, and though perhaps breaking of bones is a little harsh given that ron almost straight out said he'd rather harry was dead it can be seen as warranted.

I hope that 'On Hiatus' doesn't mean abandoned in this case, as I'm looking forward to reading more of both this and your diadem story.

Wow! Wasn't really looking to have another story to look out for on the site, but this has really drawn me in and I'm dying to find out how it all develops. Think that how you are building the storyline up is great and can't wait to see how having harry exposed and more informed to all that's going on is going to affect him.

Hope that its not too long before you update.

A Good story still filling in details will Ron or Weasleys be rotters or will they split over Harry. Will you give Harry "New Friends" or will it be general fic with mild romance?

Liking it so far. I particularly enjoyed the duel sequences, not all spell-casting, but not too much chatter in them either. It's a tough balance to get right, so well done on that. It's also good to see that you're letting Harry get a piece of the action. His duelling skills are always mentioned as impressive, but it's very rare to see him in real combat except with Voldemort himself. On the relationship side I'll be interested to see how you handle Ginny. As far as I can tell so far, she's still friendly towards Harry, personally I hope you plan to continue this, it would be nice to see a normal Ginny, as opposed to the obssessive psycho she usually gets turned into by authors seeking to pair Harry with someone else. I'll also be interested in your characterisation of Padma, since there is not much canon material to rely on for her.
