I don't see Castiel and Dean as lovers. Lots of people do, given the fanfiction I've been reading, but I'm normally blind to the possibility. Confessional makes it seem possible and you didn't twist the characters into knots to make it work. Beautiful job.

Another good one, I loved how the preacher questioned Cas' mental status. Dean's emotions are just too cute to me, he'll do anything for the ones he loves- even give up his happiness and chances to get into heaven but he never seems to get they'd do that for him too.

Alright, I admit it. You had me tricked. I had to go reread the beginning because the first time through I would have sworn it was Dean in the confessional. Touche. Also, that was very heartbreaking. Poor Cas.

The whole time I thought it was Dean with the priest, so when I figured out it was Cas I just started over at the beginning. It was a very interesting twist.

I have to say this story was wonderful.

well, did I really understand ? I thought it was Dean with the priest, not Castiel. but the end contradicts that.
