And I gotta say: I love Franz. Probably because I'm always rooting for the nerds, but he's a great guy. And Ed's little push made me laugh. I'm just imaging Ed keeping up his promise to go castrate anyone who touched Sara during Xing xD

Ed really needs to stop talking in his sleep. Seriously. It's going to get him in even more trouble one day ;D

Roy's aging depression is spot-on. I can't see him going "Oh, hooray! I'm getting old!" I'm surprised Riza hasn't burned all the liquor yet.

I'm glad Roy is getting his act together. The line about letting things simmer was wonderful.

As for the Mei incident, I was wondering how that would play out. Poor Ed. He's so good at digging holes to fall into, but at least he's forgiven and off the hook - at least until Xing decides to send their own diplomatic envoy ;)

I love it when Ed overreacts ;) but I'm glad he finally told Winry about Mei. Also good to see that Roy and Riza are going to do alright too.

Riza is awesome. I'm sure she'll regret what she said but Roy had it coming. Great chapter again! Ha ha, I think you already know how I really dug the scene between Ed and Franz ;) Off to chapter 3!

This was done perfectly! I don't read enough Royai these days, and that really helped fill my quota! I KNEW that Riza was going to get Ed to -possibly literally- smack some sense into Roy. I was squeeing during their reuinion. :D

Oh, and I love this line: "...And yet, no matter how much she fretted, or Riza did; no matter how frustrated, angry and worried they were; Winry knew they wouldn't change them for anything in the world."

Seriously, my favorite line. So true. Made me smile. :)

Can't wait for the next story! Even though mine is mangaverse, reading these helps with my own story. I've done a few one-shots in the anime verse about the movie, but they were filled with angst- no happines.

Eh! Sad! He died! Ack! I am so glad he finally told Winry about Mei. It is so nice that they can be so honest. I also love how it was EDWARD that got Roy out of his funk! Nice job!

Very nice; there was so much in this chapter!

The workout scene was wonderful. Poor Breda and his post workout woes. "Getting used to suffering," made me giggle.

I love the relationship between Sara and Ethan and how it has grown. You make it come across as very natural.

And speaking of relationships, yea for Daddy-General Ed. Hopefully that is the kick in the pants Franz needs to actually do *something*.

Roy needs a good kick in the pants too. The last bit with Riza was heartbreaking.

Oh my god. I don't know WHY this hasn't gotten more reviews. It's amazing. Amazing! The writing is so much more... mature and developed, so much better than you see on here most of the time! I love this! Wow... you're really an amazing writer. I'm abusing the word amazing, but it fits this story so well. I am speechless. This is really, really good.

Aw, man, you just had to leave us with that cliffhanger, huh? Man, I was almost in tears! Roy can be such a jerk! I'm looking forward to them making things up to each other...unless things go bad...aw crap. Roy can't die yet!

The bit with Breda and his wife was something I really enjoyed. Nice insight. Breda's training was good too.

The part with Franz talking to Ed made me crack up. Gotta love Ed. I'm curious as to what's going on with Aldon and Cassandra, actually...oh and that part with Ed and Winry after Breda's first day of training was great, as always.

One of these days, Winry is going to rememer what Ed said in his sleep about Mei, and that will be interesting. XD

Did you hear that? It was the sound of my heart breaking! :( I shouldn't add this story to my favorites but I will ;) I'm going miss Jean in your stories but you are an excellent writer and nobody lives forever, sadly.

That was so sad...awesome story.

Oh god...I feel horrible for saying this, but...I'm relieved. I totally though Roy was going to die (forgetting of course, what you told me about Roy's and Ed's grandkids)and I was freaking out. Of course, I'm still really sad about Havoc. I mean, what's not to love? (Aside from the whole smoking thing, but smoking hardly defines someone's character). I like him in the manga more because he has a bigger part, but then again, he also becomes paralyzed in the manga too, so...yeah.

I really like Grace...

And call me crazy, but I really don't want Sarah to end up with Franz. I don't know why, but I really don't like him. I know he's nice, but I just feel like there's some about him...some reason all those girls left him...

Anyway, can't wait for the next chapter!
