Metabilis 3, eh? Strange how many times the Doctor tried to get there without success, until PLANET OF THE SPIDERS... Good 3rd Doctor reference, btw. (Jon Pertwee's portrayal of the role always was my favorite.)

That was actually quite lovely. Sort of funny, too, although a more sophisticated brand of hunour would be better. A pleasant read, if nothing special.
