Amazing start. Really makes me wanna see what supernatural!pilots can do!

First of all this is great. I love this idea. From what I am understanding this is a collection of loosely related oneshots from the same world?

Do we get to see what happens when someone manages to take one of the boys down? I freakin love those.

just reread what you have in your story and it still gives me chills. I love your style of writing and how you put those little anicdotes and facts in between sections. Just an awesome story so far can't wait for the rest. Keep up the awesome work.

Your words are so freaking descriptive and beautiful! You can't help but read it. The way you present everything is great. The plot, the characterization, the background story, the emotion...its all written beautifully.

This line “I already know all the endings. Sometimes it’s nice just to see the beginnings.”Was perfect. I really like how you are showing us the layers of Duo (its something special and unique), as well as the other pilots.

Man I'm totally in love with this and its just the first chapter. I love the supernatural aspect of it and the characterization you have presented. I'm loving the world you have portrayed here and I love Duo's comments. So funny. I'm glad I stumbled upon this, because I can see its going to be one of my favorite stories.

This story is so amazing! It is at once profound, and at the same time heart-warmingly disturbing. I love the idea that it takes five souls to balance each other out. My only question is, did the scientists know about the boys "powers" when they recruited them? Because that would be an interesting perspective- on how they selected their individual candidates...and it would be wonderful, of course, to someday see more of how they became an integrated group. *gives puppy eyes* That aside, a lovely bit of writing.
