Aw, this is so beautiful. I'm usually kind of mixed about DJo fic, because some of their canon moments are just so perfect that fanfic rarely measures up. I've loved your NS fics for a while, and you capture Dawson and Joey just as magically. Your writing makes me wish I wasn't so staunchly BL and RD so I could appreciate your OTH and Gilmore Girls fics too.

Holy w o w, Ria! That seriously did not disappoint; this was everything I was hoping it would be and more.

Honestly, you freaking pinpointed Dawson to a T. That was a perfect characterization of him in early season 1, and to a degree, how Dawson always remains. His confusion over where their relationship should go, but knowing she's everything... breathtaking, because that's how it's always been between them.

Ria, I loved it. Very well written. Very much capturing their characthers as they were way back then in season 1. So many well stated words were spoken during this oneshot. It makes me very nostalgic for my DC...now I want to go watch some dvds. But I left off watching my dvds during season 6 I believe...and well they were different people by that time. I hope you enjoy watching DC. And I hope you remain a DJer! :)
