I know it's pedantic and all, but it's not really 'accidental magic' if the individual is consciously using it (in reference to what Dumbles said about Harry's glamour).
Oh another bit of pedanticness, I find it unlikely that Harry's parents would give Dumbles Harry's vault key before their death, unless they were really really pessimistic about their survival. In which case why wouldn't they leave the country?
But don't think that this is criticism or that I don't like your story, because I do, just two points I noticed.

I absolutely loved your story period a strong independent Harry who doesn't take crap is just the thing. thank you ever so much. the part of me would love to know what happened to the Weasleys and Hermione and Harry's actual friends.

All's well that ends well and internally consistently. Credit to you kb0 for a solid novel length tale. (I still find it weird that 40,000 words is 'novel length', especially with examples like this of how comfortably 60,000 works.)

It good! I feel sorry for Harry's muggle family who were force to lose their memories. I be great if their memories were given back to them and they get together be family once more. I guess you can't have everything in story. Hope my little review makes you smile.

To the guest who wonders why he didn't scream for help. Well that would be too obvious and end the story much sooner. JK Rowling wants emotions not facts and thus most writers have the same mentality. When you are a Liberal you have to "always know" and never question. If you do then you somehow "betrayed" the party and are a Conservative outcast.

In response to your brushing over things like Hermione and the troll, Ginny and the diary; those two things, in particular, would have led to the death of someone if not for Harry's intervention. I also find it interesting that you don't comment Goblet of Fire/Triwiz Tournament if nothing else.
