I really liked this. It reads like Sozin's final testament in "The Avatar and the Fire Lord", and makes me think of Zuko keeping a journal or writing memoirs to be discovered at the end of his reign.

A couple of minor errors, it's instead of its, being instead of begin, but nothing that really threw me out of the story.

Hello, I'm Miyu (pronounced mee-you). It's not my real name, just a pseudonym I use since I don't have a profile and you can't trust the Internet with your true identity. Anyway, allow me to digress for a moment. I find it kind of neat to be able to read and review a story the day it was posted and it's also cool I'm second to review! =) Anyway, on to my review, cause my opinion matters SO much! Just kidding =D Ahem... I really like this story. Zuko is my favorite character thanks to season three. He's such a deep character and I think you captured that well. Also, and I'm not sure how to phrase this, your writing is very, I don't know, proper. I mean, I read a lot of fics in which writers have gotten lazy, or don't even know proper grammar. I like that you know how to write. Anyway, I think you've heard enough of me talking, per say. Great job with this story! Thanks for reading my random rambling!

I love how it smoothly transists from firebending in itself to Zuko finaly figuring out what he has to do.
