I'm so glad to have found this story, it is so lovely, feels to, real, the slow build, the way its written, my heart ache for them by the end, but I love that the end is still open enough? I love how it felt that both bonded, both felt love, how both have been hesitant at some point (I love how it is Tyki who runs and prays, and admit to himself he loves Allen). And Allen praying for Tyki, aahh!

The description heavy and almost lyrical chapters, the vivid images of Tyki, the bittersweet ending... I'm not really a yaoi fan but after seeing this every where I was obligated to check it out, and I'm glad I did.
At the same time, it just seems so tragic that the next time they meet will probably be on the battle field QAQ.

I have to say after reading chapter eight I feel like I'm going to cry, I loved this and was so sad Allen left Tyki, right when Tyki figured out his feelings! The ending was so sad and I feel like crying a river but I'm not crying... I loved this and enjoyed but now it's done! D: The ending was a great way to put it because they couldnt really just give up their positions for love, I do wish you could've wrote a sequel of when they meet again because they are exorcists v.s. Noah and they are bound to meet again. I love Poker Pair and I think I'm starting to cry by thinking of this fic more and more and how the ending went. This was such a good story too! I wonder how Tyki felt when he realized Allen left him, probably understanding or hurt. v.v I really wished you wrote a sequel and b reading the other reviews I saw many others also wanted you to as well. Well, once again I loved this! :D

Oh my goodness, this was the most amazing thing I've read in such a long time. At the beginning, I felt it was a little cliche, but as it went on... it turned into the best, most heart-wrenching love story I may have ever read.
I may be overreacting due to the ending of the final chapter and the fact that I'm sobbing, but I really feel like this was... to put it simply, astounding. Enchanting. (As said before,) Heart-wrenching.
I LOVED IT.
May I say that the use of a romantic language such as Portugese (and not to mention the fact that you used Tyki's ethnicity to the best of your ability) made this a lot of what it is? It felt like... I can't even describe it, I'm sorry.
To sum it up, I could feel every little thing Tyki and Allen felt, and I experienced it fully. The use of Portugese only added to this story's feeling, and I have to say I fell in love with the closing paragraph of chapter six. Every part of this story was beautifully written.

it was hard to understand at times because of the different language but i enjoyed it completely. the other language made it feel more real. i just wish you had added more translations at the end of each chapter. you kept me up 2 hours past my bedtime because i simply had to read it all in one go
