Does your family have a history of pancreatic cancer? None of my business, but Heero is going through what your loved ones are going through. The horrors of grieving are hard to touch on in such a light hearted fic. I'm just rereading all of your stories..

Honestly I did not expect Duo's uncle to be the pretender, all this time I thought that Jason was the suspicious one but surprisingly it turned out to be the one person I didn't think. This only goes to show how good a story teller you are. I had fun reading this. Good job.

Well I thought to start reading and then review by the fifth or so chapter but I got punch drunk and here I am at the tenth chapter. Im still adjusting to the AU Heero but it's slowly growing on me. I hope that the bridges between Quatre and Trowa will be mended and a good old fashioned happy ever after for all.

I'm not sure if I have ever left a review for this, but this is the 3-4th time reading this! The plot was intriguing and very well paced.

It was rather great, but as soon as Hank came in, you knew what was gonna happen. Despite that, still fantastic.

Mmmhhhh, yes I liked this one (too). A 'bit' different in tone from the ones I read so far. I had this nagging feeling from the beginning that, call it deja vu or what ever,that I had read this one before, but even though I had the ending right from the beginning I haven't read this or anything exactly like this. So I just have to assume that I have come across a story with some similar components. I'm not complaining; it just becomes goddamn hard to keep all the ducks in a row or every story in a line after a while :).

But anyhow, this was quite nice: nicely written, good storyline, nice development of the relationship between Duo and Heero. (Though I just have to add another deja vu comment. You know, I have only seen it ones and a while ago, but it took me half of this story to get rid of the image of Charise as her colleague in the Devil Wears Prada. Sorry, just couldn't help it :) )

I just wanted to tell you how much I loved this and every other story you've written. I've been in an out of the fandom for the past 12 or so years, and every time I've had the chance to come back, there's been a wonderful tidbit (understatement) by you to feast my eyes on. You have a knack for telling stories that rivet viewers and draw us in and back, time and time again. I know I've never been the most vocal of readers, and I have a penchant for allowing certain stories to finish before reading them, but I have ever loved your work. You rend hearts then mend them together again with an ongoing talent that few authors share. And of all the authors I've read, known, and forgotten, I will never forget you or your work. When I came back to the fandom most recently, I was overjoyed to find you still active, like a homecoming, though I did bide my time for this story to finish after reading the first couple chapters and realising it would be a nail-biting experience like many of its predecessors. Your stories hold a special place in my heart as memorable and worthy of many repeated readings. That in and of itself is remarkable upon this fandom as it has produced quite the number of works over the years. I commend you and thank you for all of your contributions and if this be your swan-song then so be it, but I hope that by luck, next I happen to check in, there just might be some other story that has niggled at your mind and demanded itself be penned by your hand (much as your Christmas story snuck its way in).

I'm sorry to hear your retirement from Fanfiction. I hope that you'll be able to find time for it in the future. Your stories are always well thought out and interesting, and I love reading them over and over again.

You, by far, have been my favorite author. Again, I hope you find time for some more stories in the future.

You are wonderful, intelligent, and imaginative. You have a way with words that no matter what, always sucks me into the story. I love every single one of the fics you have written, including some fics that I would never touch with a ten foot pole. Your writing is that incredible.

It has been nearly a year since I've been back to . Out of a whim, I decided to check out the GW section because, gosh, the memories. I wanted to read something good, something that would appeal to my inner teenager. And then I stumbled across your newest fanfic.

Oh, my god, woman! You're fantastic! I commend you for being able to keep GW as your muse for so long. I commend you again for the wonderful, quality work that you're churning out. Every single epic you write is a diamond amongst the masses.

Commend you for a good chapter that wasn't too sappy. I excpected to role my eyes at Duo's angst and Heero sappy support, but I was tearing a bit and actually tolerated it! I'm so anti-romance, why do I even bother reading 1x2 fics... but I can't beleve my two favorite fics Through the Vortex and Inseparable are by the same person. Wow. Kudos for great writing I'll never forget.
