On Chapter 35, the translation of "I love you" in Russian is actually "я люблю тебя" (ya lyublu tebya". And THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. AWESOME WORK

America isn't falling for him immediatley, and Russia is being very tricky, making it appear to all the countries like they are a thing, and it honestly seems like what I'd expect the beginning of their relationship to look like, though the scene where Canada hugs him but its Russia is a little confusing.
