This is so sweet! I love the thought of Lucy and Jill being close like that (one sees a lot of Eustace and Edmund friendship fics, but not many about Jill and Lucy.)

I never remembered that Eustace and Jill had been wearing their Narnian clothes when "the Lion Incident" occurred. What a great plot starter!

I loved this, their conversation, the way you wrote the characters and Jill's comment about Eustace's sarcastic comments.

I thought this was very sweet and "aww"-inducing, if not a little bittersweet. I love the line about how Jill's best reminder of Narnia was the living, breathing, and oh-so-sarcastic Eustace. I also like the exchange between Lucy and Jill-they're not a pair that interact very much in cannon or even in fanfiction, so it's great to see a scene like this.

Good to see you in Narnia again. A nice little something that gives us a fine insight into both their personalities. It would be interesting to see exactly that - Lucy wearing that dress at one of Susan's parties. Otoh, I'm not sure Aslan would approve if she did...

Your characterizations of the two were wonderful and charming. I love how you wrote Jill's uncertainty and her insecurity; it's almost the same as how Lucy herself felt when she was compared to Susan. And how for a few minutes, Lucy was able to remember Narnia in a way that she hadn't in years.
