oh my goodness. i am amazed. it was strange to have edward truly horrify bella and want to consumer her instead of love her, but seriously i loved it. the chase, the climatic moment...oh jeez! amazingly written, and amazing portrayal of a truly vicious edward.

Wow, that was a fascinating read. Suspenseful, thrilling, very well written. Even though I usually tend towards happily ever afters, I like the dark vamp fics too and that was very satisfying. One of the creepiest vamp Edwards I've read to date. Feel sorry for poor Bella in the end, even though I was cursing at her idiocy and her lack of regard for her friends while she was at the house. Great story! And great ending it with the Dracula quote - is that foreshadowing based on Lucy, although I can't think why he'd eventually make Bella into one?

WOW you truly have amazing writing skills! This story was amazing... although I don't understand how the house didn't burn down along with unconscious Edward, with the fire that Emmett started?

I wish I never read this at night. BIG MISTAKE. Now I have to read something else to take my mind away from the gory details of this story.

Also, I wasn't exactly sure how you would do the "reveal" and it really blew me away. It seems like it would be a hard thing to write such a shift in his demeanor. I really liked it :D

So...I was rec'd this by AngiJ over at ADF and I've gotta say I'm already creeped out. Which is a great thing because the creepier, the better in my book.

I remember reading this short story in ninth grade I believe, and it was soooo good. I'm glad someone made it into a fic.
