And to think I thought I was losing interest in this pairing... I absolutely LOVED this story! The main thing that kept me enraptured in this fic was the way you characterized both Ciel and Sebastian. I've read a lot of other stories that made them seem really ooc, sometimes so much so that I couldn't bring myself to keep reading. But I feel like out of all of the works I've read so far, you were the best at describing their personalities and thought processes! I can safely say that this story is and will be one of my top favorite fics for a long time :')

this was so good. ciel's despair at the beginning is so heartbreaking... Poor Lizzie!
I was truly surprised at Lizzie's mother reaction, she truly is a strong woman (and her choice in Ciel's wardrobe was superb).

it was incredibly hot to see sebastian losing control of his human form in bed. ciel, you are a hero for lasting as much as you did LOL you wrote the sexual tension between them magneficently. So much so that just one smut scene is too little! ;A;

it was a very satisfying read. i feel happy that they are happy, you know? haha you wrote them in such a way that I was sincerely rooting for their 'togetherness'. Also, I must praise you for the equilibrium between your descriptions and your dialogue - very elegant.

Mmm, yum! What can I say, anything with Sebastian, Ciel, and something sweet will always be delicious. Amazing way you developed the characters enoough so that they got over their insecurities of one another. I think we all have a little Peince Soma in us though. At the end of season 1, everyone was thinking the same thing he said in the end. I liked that it wasn't just "I'm still wondering what my feelings are for the other" to straight "tumble in the bed sheets" thing, but there is room for acceptance if you look. The part with Marchioness Middleford made me laugh. Ciel acts all high and mighty but is quick to obey his aunt, which is adorable. This is the first story of yours that I have read, and I am eager for more. Sorry for such a short review! -The Book Of Time

I want to marry this fic and have its beautiful smutty Sebastian Ceil babies. Srly though...I've read like every NC17 Sebastian/Ceil story on Ao3 and this is in my top 5. I've gone through the last few pages on but this is easily the best I've read on this site so far. And I don't see many chances for anything knocking it off is ungodly high pedestal.
