Tks for posting. Think it fitted perfectly as closure to the story specialy last part. I'd like to watch a scene like this within the three of them together on the TV show. Nick's reaction was understandable and very characteristic of him so were Sara and Greg's reaction as well. You did a great work. I'd like to read a story mostly centered on N/S/G together written by you. Is that any chance to have my wish come true?

I loved Sara's conversation and interaction with Nick. It was perfect. :) Nick is lucky to have friends like she and Greg. Especially Sara, who is so understanding of Nick's need to 'save' Alexa.

Poor, poor Alexa. I never thought I would feel sorry for her, but I do. The last part of this chapter was not only full of angst, but it was so sad.

Looking forward to the epilogue and the possible sequel to follow!

It was a delayed update for sure but I did the same myself with last chapter. I was deliberating selfish delaying my review because knew the story was reaching its end. Fact is that ImI addicted to Nick's character and love CSI since first episode I saw. It's something I don't use to tell around, it's personal, it's my private refuge. Afterall I'm a 40's wife and mother and life is not a tv show. Well there's no way back and even feeling sad that was the final chapter. Much more interesting and and driven than I expected, bring Sara into it was perfect. Have Nick still trying to "save" Alexa was deep important in his way to healing in my opinion. The last part was creepy and no matter what you think, the way you wrote it prove that a second story/part is now is mandatory. I'd like to thank for feeding my needs during the time you worked the fic, Can't help ask you to consider write more Nick/greg/Sara fics like you did. Of course with a big dose of Nick in it. Tks. Love the fic, the best in long time.

Anyway, I realigning this chapter, it really cleared a lot of things up for me.

I won't say that haven't noticed the delay on you update but at least you came back and I was looking forward to read more. I'm glad that you worked Nick's mind state the way it was written. It was very believable having him alone at his house and not teling what's in his mind at least for some time while working to collect himsel out instead of a dramatic breakdown with audience. It wouldn't had been his personality. I liked the chapter, somehow Joanna's visit brought more light into all what happened and for me it helped him. I liked him and Greg also, very much specially because Greg were able to hear and understand his friend. Hope you have more to come and maybe some action, because you're good with it. I'll take your word as a promisse, so update sooner this time.

I'm so happy Nick finally talked to Greg. Their conversation gave me so much insight into Nick's mental status and what he's feeling toward Alexa.
