chapter 47 . 10/24 **just noticed your update on your profile: good luck with the eye surgery! Mom had lasik, fwiw, and from her experience (she passed away in 2011 and I miss her every day), I would suggest ensuring that, regardless of the procedure/s you may be having, acquire something (pills or pot, or, hell, chocolate if that works for ya) that relaxes you - it not only helps with your blood pressure which in turn helps keep your eye blood vessels from leaking/rupturing, but it also helps keep the muscles in that part of your face relaxed, too, which also helps. Plus, well, it just helps. So, have on hand something (approved or natural...) to keep your ass mellow. Be well hydrated - eyeballs need water, too. Cool compresses will help both external and, to a lesser but still relevant extent, internal inflammation. Above all: DON'T STRESS IT. Your inner eyes are as necessary, competent, and enlightening as your physical eyes. You will be fine.
chapter 43 . 10/24 The chapter was perfectly fine. What some people call a filler chapter is really a chapter where characters' personalities are FILLED out a bit more, and that's as important to a story as "big action sequence" chapters are.
chapter 39 . 10/24 Oh my goodness but you do think highly of yourself, Genky, with you "blah blah blah, but deal with it" bullshit. I really hope you've taking something by now for that arrogant mental constipation so you could get over yourself.
chapter 35 . 10/24 Can I just say that this is the perfect story to read around Hallowe'en? I'm loving it (again...this is my umpteenth reading, btw)!
chapter 32 . 10/24 (I adore Severus so 'neutral' him all you want! :D )
chapter 30 . 10/24 I can see that you've shown the goddess as caring a lot about Harry and has treated him extraordinarily kindly given his young age and the abuse he'd suffered, plus he'd been sweet to her...which makes me wonder why she basically set Harry up to be deceptive to Hermione - THE VERY FRIEND SHE FOUND FOR HIM! Ugh. I just don't understand "deities".
chapter 28 . 10/24 Lol kimchee
chapter 27 . 10/24 Hermione, You weren't important enough to be told any real truths - get over it. Now automatically go running around forgiving everyone for everything to prove that you know your lowly, unimportant place. Signed, Bitch "Goddess" and Betty
chapter 26 . 10/24 "The Lady" is a right fucking bitch! At the very least Sirius deserves to know, and for John/Harry/Whicheverthefuckname's sake, Hermione needed to be told, too.
chapter 25 . 10/24 Re: Sirius? EFFIN' FINALLY.
chapter 23 . 10/24 Annnnnnd of course Sirius is left abandoned in prison still...it's not like anyone has the ear of important people in both the magical and non-magical worlds...oh, wait. So Sirius is disposable, then. Lovely.
chapter 17 . 10/24 I see the reason behind it, somewhat at least, but I still don't like this lying-by-omission to Hermione.
chapter 15 . 10/23 (One of my main problems with fanfics where Harry is saved early/earlier in life is that poor Sirius just keeps being left in Azkaban for no good reason. If the fanfic writers can revamp Harry's early/earlier life, they can get Sirius' ass out of prison years earlier, too, but either laziness or plot-fail just keeps happening over and over and over again. *sigh*)
HarryPotterFangirl85 chapter 47 . 10/5 Great story!
PenelopeThorne chapter 47 . 9/22 Beautifully written, historically intriguing. Well done.
