This was such a nice read! I really enjoyed it- even if there's a big chance it won't be updated. Great story regardless!

Delon, eh? That actually makes a lot of sense. I'm not into magic kaito too much, so I wouldn't have known, but wow. That's actually very fitting. Nice job. :)

*Spoiler?* (really just guesses) The one supposed to light the forest fire is Vermouth, based on her attitude and most noticeably the "Angel" hint. The murderer is probably Kansuke Yamamoto, who Conan suspects is Rum, has dropped out of the police force, and is known for taking action before thinking. (This caused him to lose an eye and have an injured leg when he was caught in an avalanche.) I'm not sure how he relates to Kaito though, so this might not even be correct.

But it's such lovely and satisfying filler! It has idiot headstrong boys clashing while Kid and Conan work together, what more could I want?

Great fic! I am impressed by the codes you came up with and the storyline. Though, I find involving Delon with Vermouth a little sketchy. Now if only you can complete this...

Didn't expect Delon-Vermouth relationship, but meh. It's true that anything happens in fanfiction.

Nice touch with using chess pieces for the detective murder/attempts. So many things can be signified by chess afterall.

After all this... I think Kaito would have a HARD time fending off two(three if Hattori wants) detectives who knows he's Kaitou KID. Haha.

I loved the fast-paced action of the story.
I also enjoyed how the characters personalities are kept the same.

Regarding the questions, the ending was pretty dramatic.

This story is awesome and im really amazed on how you describe those scenes...how you make the swords, arrow, rocks and other sorta things that keep on falling to them! And i was like 'oh-my-gawd-im-dead' all i can say is continue this story. And im suprise you made vermouth appeared!
