| Sylva Dax chapter 4 . 6/9/2012 Good to see the Doctor decided to check up on River. After all, this was a very emotionally draining day for her too and her birthday. I love the way he comes to terms with their complicated relationship. As for this being the same day as DOTM, I don't think so. When Rory came to get River, she'd just returned from a Stevie Wonder concert the Doctor (a future Doctor, I assume) had arranged for her birthday. Simply a coincidence that she chose the same outfit for Demon's Run. Considering the direction Moffat took this story in with LKH and beyond, your story is one of the few opportunities we have for well-written emotional closure. |

| Mestizaa chapter 2 . 7/6/2011 I'm really enjoying your version of the fallout so far. However, just one little thing is bugging me. You keep referring to Amy as "the red head." I mean, it's okay once a while, but it's too excessive. It gives the impression that her hair colour is her only defining feature, when really there are so many great aspects to her character. Anyways, other than that minor detail, everything else is superb! Love the river/rory dynamic! |
