Nameless-Sinner 4/7/12 . chapter 15Thank you so much for updating! This was a very good chapter and oh so delightfully long. :) Can't wait for more. |
Stella 3/17/12 . chapter 4 Silly, stubborn Elissa. Offered a way out of Duncan's trap, but in a moment of pride, she refuses it. In her position, I certainly wouldn't feel honour-bound to keep a promise made under duress to someone with sinister intentions. |
KrystylSky 3/8/12 . chapter 14Ooh I just fond this story and I like it alot - please keep updating it. I am hoping for a happy ending and a reconciled Cousland/Loghain. the miscarriage made me sad as well and was a good touch. How will Our trusty general talk himself out of the assasin. Good story |
 Shepard Cousland 1/14/12 . chapter 13Great story I love it |
Grey Jackett 1/14/12 . chapter 13A very enjoyable story. I am looking forward to future chapters. |
 Caerl 12/30/11 . chapter 1A new story, a reader's quest. :)
I liked the insight into the Mabari's motivation. Cool name BTW.
Sparring with Duncan showed us a lot about your 'tagonist. Well done! :)
A few bricks-and-mortar things are coming... off board. Looking forward to the next chapter. |
Pirate Ninjas of the Abyss 10/24/11 . chapter 8 Why? Because Elissa losing half your army is better then losing all of it, and because you were late in lighting the beacon. Also Anora is a peace time ruler who has no experience in how to mobilize I country for total war, Loghain on the other hand does. Also having Banns and Arls, start to rebel because they don't want to send their troops and money to fund the war effort, can cause some problems with trying to mobilize forces to stop the darkspawn. The reasons are numerous, plus remember 'logic' doesn't matter to most nobles. So when they ask why the king is dead, you can't say "we couldn't save him without decimating our army, and anhilating Ferelden's only defense." That doesn't matter to them, silly! Think of something else to say and get the country mobilized while they argue. Because if Ferelden's army isn't rebuilt and the country isn't mobilized imediately! Ferelden will burn, and Loghain knows this. So Elissa gather some armies, use your brain, have some faith, and marry your smart betrothed. Good update! |
Tyanilth 10/9/11 . chapter 5An interesting premise - as another reviewer has said, it's unusual to find a Loghain/Warden story where there was an involvement before the events of Origins - Addai's "The Arrangement" is the only one that springs to mind at present. I look forward to seeing where you take this. |
Grannaah 10/3/11 . chapter 5Wow, just wow. The noble origin story is the only one that made me cry when I played it for the first time, and your story just did the same thing to me. Your story is very sad but most of all very captivating. I always like stories where the warden ends up with Loghain, but never read one where they start together. I am looking forward to the rest of your story. |
analect 9/13/11 . chapter 2Ooh! I can positively smell the chaos, and the farewells of both Eleanor and Bryce, and Ser Gilmore, are poignant moments amid the violence and disaster. |
analect 9/7/11 . chapter 1Hurray! Glad to see the first chapter posted. I do like your Elissa, with her spiky edges and inner strength. ;) |
Grey Jackett 9/5/11 . chapter 1a nice story , I like the interaction between Elissa and Duncan. |
