I agree that this is sounding extremely similar to "Burt Hummel's Guide" in a lot of the phrasing. You may want to be aware of that in future chapters. Although I do like the premise of this story.

I love Burt fics and I think this is interesting, but it's also sounding very similar to another fic on here called Burt Hummel's Guide to Raising a Teenage Son. Just something to be cautious of as a first time Klaine writer.

Love it! Super cute to see it from Burt's POV... I'd love to see Burt's POV on Prom, and on Regionals with them singing Candles.

I love stories from burts point of view, and this one looks like it's going to a good one! I really like how you get in his head. The first few lines when he talks about kurt's mom dying almost made me cry, and his reaction to the kiss seemed very true to hid character. Great story so far!
