Well, the few early changes - from the initial train ride to the sorting - certainly improved the lives and school careers of not only the three original Marauders but Severus, as well. (I wonder if being in Hufflepuff made Peter more loyal?) Curious how getting Bella tossed out of Hogwarts seemed to settle the school down a bit, too.

It's amazing to think of how many people didn't have to die in the first (and only, this time) Voldy war, simply because Dumbledore was pro-active with the information Sev sent him and carried that initiative to the DMLE. I wonder, though, if Trelawney will still make some sort of prophecy. Hmmm. If so, I hope it's a good one!

Awesome story! Although I will point out that no Black family member has ever been a redhead. They are dark haired with the occasional blonde. Why do I mention this? Because until recently Charlus Potter and Dorea Black Potter were James' parents. What the Potter men do have a taste for is intelligent women. Usually the most intelligent witch of the age. Lily and Dorea both meet this criteria. Again absolutely terrific story!
