I'm sorry to say this, but this story was a 4 out of 10 IN MY OPINION. Who tf falls for a person on the first BLIND DATE? Who tf says "I love you" on the second date? This story was frustrating and made me want to pull all my hair out. How you portrayed Naruto as a character... I didn't like it. Not one fucking bit. In chp 9, when he and sasuke were having their smexy time, he mentioned that Neji never allowed him the pleasure of doggy style. Who tf mentions their past sex experience with their ex while having sex with their current partner. It's just absurd and fucked up. FUCKED UP I TELL YA. I would have bitch slapped, castrated and then use castrated appendage to bitch slap the shit who does that to me during sex. I know that this is a fanfic and anything can go, but a touch of realism and Proper logical arguments could have made this story rating for me higher
But I have to commend you on your determination and stubbornness to complete this story. Could have done better though.

I've skimmed through review section and I have to say many negative comments are true. First chapter showed promise, but I ended up quite disappointed. Can't tell, who let me down more: Neji, Naruto or Sasuke. I think all of them made some stupid things throughout the story. Since I'm more Naruto-person, his vices hurt me more than others. He throws "I-love-yous" too lightly, while fooling around with Sasuke. After confessions on both sides, still living together was temping fate, let alone Naruto taking part in verbal flirt with his roommate (if Naruto was really dedicated to Neji, he would try to neutralize the danger, not add fuel to the fire). Sasuke, on the other hand, hookes him up with Neji and then goes apeshit with jealousy. He's a closet masochist or sth? Neji says he loves Naruto, but he strikes a deal with Gaara? If he was sure Naruto was going to dump him for Sasuke anyway, he should have just break up with him, not enter some stupid agreements, that make him look like the biggest jerk. Or better - he should have waited for Naruto to cheat on him (seems like more than a blowjob was needed) and end things. But I guess you didn't want to make Naruto or Sasuke look bad, so you had to make Neji the bad guy. So we wouldn't feel sorry for him, when Naruto dumps his ass. All later problems with alcohol made him look even more pathetic. In the end, between Neji and Naruto, it feels like Neji got screwed over. By plot convenience.

I will say I liked the whole drama of the story itself. I'm not a Neji fan so I hated him from the start. It just really bothers me how Naruto could feel love for Neji in that short amount of time. Impossible. And Neji's crazy to even try what he did from the start. The Naru/Neji just seems so unbelievable in how you put it and I hope in your future works the characters emotion would reflect realism.

I was about to comment on the fucked up reasoning of this story but I rather not to because first this statement has already been established by the bottom comment and second u can't fucked up something that is not present to begin with. The story was a mess u kept contradicting yourself like ALL THE TIME, then the I love u part ? and that bs with neji really? if u wanted to write a nejinaru story the go ahead no one is stopping you but But BUT if u r writing a sasunaru story you just need to pull urshit together and write the damn story, seriously this was stupid.

This story does not make any sense, and from just reading future chapter reviews alone, I get the feeling it also contradicts itself.

For one, why would you want Naruto to bottom for Neji, when he had insisted in his mind he wanted it to be for Sasuke alone? If you had made that a serious part of the story, Naruto would have come off a more fickle then he already does. I mean, seriously, who blurts out 'I love you' the second day of meeting the person and having sex? And who puts the full blame on a childhood-to-adulthood crush on the friend (Sasuke) they had not even bothered to confess to in the first place!? How was Sasuke supposed to know that Naruto been harboring these feelings for him otherwise? Naruto pointing the blame at him is just plain childish, and then having the never to call Sasuke 'emo' for being sad over it, is just plain mean.

Naruto is the one who comes off as a bastard six chapters in, and even with the author (you) pushing the fact that he did nothing wrong, I as a reader can still see that is clearly not the case. Being silent can be just a damaging as opening your mouth. Naruto sure as hell didn't seem to care enough for Sasuke to take that risk and confess to him from the beginning, and hence, him coming off as a very fickle person.

Now lets go back to the apparent 'love' Naruto has for Sasuke, because I have to seriously wonder, does it even exist? And even if it does, it seem like a cool passionless flame that flickers from time to time. It also doesn't help matters that their family in the background is chanting 'doitodoitdoitodit!'. Pressure much?

Either way, if I was Sasuke, I would have to question if it is worth being in love with someone who couldn't be bothered to confess after all these years, and still have the nerve to point the blame on me, while also dating another guy with the promise that they will eventually have their happily-ever-after as soon as he is done playing. Sounds utterly romantic...but no. Not really.

Naruto told Neji that he fucking hurt him, hurt him so bad and that naruto loved him SO much. That if Neji asked naruto on their vacation to stay with him forever, he would have.(because he loves him so much)
Okay. Now wait a minute.
Before that naruto had told sasuke that he had chose him! And that he made that decision BEFORE gaara broke up with sasuke. naruto told sasuke that he CHOSE him! So when gaara broke up with sasuke, naruto would have wanted him whether he knew what Neji did or not!
So HOW THE FUCK CAN NARUTO TELL HIM THAT HE WOULD HAVE STAYED WITH HIM FOREVER?! He said he CHOSE sasuke. He didn't know what the fuck Neji did. So the break up shouldn't be just because naruto found out what Neji did. So he SHOULDN'T have said that he would have stayed if Neji asked him to!
Because he FUCKING CHOSE SASUKE!
My point Is: you are a good writer, just work on the flow of characters and think good about what they do and say and how the outcome is in your favor.

Am I the only one who can appreciate the irony of anime boys discussing anime boys? My fiance (who grudgingly allows me to read him my chapters, even though he is VERY straight, and blocks out the lemons for his own sanity) is under the impression that I'm the only person in the world who would get a kick out of anime boys discussing anime boys.
