When I was looking for my daily dosage of Reid's whumpy fan fiction, I found the story that precedes this one, I read the word MPREG, and honestly, I was going to give it a miss, but being written by Sandylee007, I decided to give it a try... and I don't regret, you made it almost believable that something like this could happen, again, poor Reid... I loved the fact that he loved the creature even with everything that happened, and I felt sorry for his loss... but yes, it was the only solution. Thank you and please, keep writing. :)

Okay that was heartbreaking. I'm fully aware-so nobody give me funny looks!-That the creature wasn't remotely human, but that doesn't change the fact that Spencer was technically one of her birth parents, and the one who carried her. Trust me when I say maternal instinct is a bitch, it can make lionesses out of the meekest soul and it's a bond that you have no real control over and is very, veeeerrrry hard to break.
Like I said, the creature was far from a normal child, but I am glad that she died in the arms of one parent who at least cared.

Poor JJ indeed, she had been through not less than Spencer himself. But at least she had Will by her side, and now they had little Hope. No matter what, they'll make it.

So she called 'Lily'? Beautiful name. I like it. In her short little life, she had brought so many changes to her dad and members of BAU's lives. Wherever she was right now, she'll always has a place in Spencer's heart, hope she'll always protect her dad out of the troubles that her dad seem easily got himself into. (smirk)

Great ending for another fantastic story.
I like the way you keep the characters slightly broken, as it's realistic and more fitting after everything you put them through, rather than to let them live happily ever after.
Yet there is also always a glimmer of hope (no pun intended), so the end isn't totally depressing.
Very impressive all over again and I look forward to read more.
