I love how you got their styles on combat and changed them but also not changed them. They fit perfectly in this setting.

Oh lord! How did I miss this post?! I thought I read all the harlequin posts but obviously I missed one. It was terrifically written and Amercan west was such cool setting.
You made my heart flutter when they were just first fooling around in Wisconsin and then break when Kurogane left.
I like Fai being a badass. I feel it doesn't happen nearly enough and I especially love your characterization of Fai.
I can only describe it as seamlessly blending Fai's playful loving and innocent side in this fic and convincingly making him angry and equally badass.
Sorry I just love Fai and I find it hard for people to characterize him. Myself included.

I always like seeing your works! You're really one of the best writers of this fandom and I always remember why I love these characters so much every time I read something from you. As sad as this is going to sound, I'm slightly disappointed in the lack of porn in this, but that's probably because I have a slight western kink.

I love the vulnerability Fai has in this story. It's amazing how well rounded and how much depth the characters have despite being a one-off story. This fandom has slowed down a lot since it finished, and it's good to see that there's still great writers out there supporting it!
