'Just a Messenger' was a great vignette to 'Close To Home...So Far Away'- (one of the *best* fanfics I have *ever* read by the by!).

It really deepens the bond that already seemingly exists between Harry and Angel in your other fic. It also strengthens the resolve of Harry in helping Doyle so adamantly.

*Loved* it! Angel's angst and hurt over Doyle is also amazingly handled.

As with 'Close To Home...So Far Away' you have portrayed the characters so accurately and conveyed the emotions felt brilliantly!

Well, I noticed that you happened to be the author of some rather long stories, so I decided to read this short work first to see what kind of an author can write such monster works. My answer - a damned good one. Your language and use of grammar are flawless, and your use of characters is gripping. You manage to maintain first person ltd pov perfectly, you also seemed to have no trouble adding in little tidbits about Angel's own feelings without ever breaking up teh pace of the dialogue. That's exceptionally difficult to do (at least for me), and you made it seem incredibly easy. Once again, very, very nice work. I'm gonna have to find some free time so I can read over some of your other stuff.

that was so well written, the anger harry felt was brought accross so well. ugh it's made me cry again, damnit im gonna go read your longer fic again cos that has a happy ending. you are very talented and this was a nice idea, exploring harrys grief as really shes known doyle the longest even though she was just a one off character.

This is one of the best fics to do with Doyles death I've read. Great job.

Wow...just, wow...I never saw Bachelor Party (Damn sattelite) but this really gives an insight to the way Harry probably felt about Doyle.

This is so good it made me cry.

I loved the line: "...two hundred years and he didn't even get 30!" What a great angry grief that line touches. I'm looking forward to the full length.
