I got a good chuckle out of your ‘love’ for Draco Malfoy bit. I never quite understood the pairing. To me it always looked like the two of you despised each other.

If you and Draco Malfoy ended up together, to me the most realistic scenario would be you being sympathetic to Draco after the death of his wife Astoria and of course your own marriage failing for whatever reason. I don’t know if anyone actually wrote a fan fic going that way or not. I haven’t looked for it. That situation would make you the compassionate person you are definitely capable of being and not some silly damsel in distress. I definitely don’t see you as that.

I definitely don’t see you ever loving the jerk ferret boy you went to school with, but you could love the better person he became after the war and his marriage to Astoria.

Oh, this is an interesting one. I haven't really read a lot of Cho Chang fic, but from this chapter I can imagine what the tropes are. I liked your point that Cho was a teenager when Cedric died and that her response wasn't really OOC for someone experiencing death at her age. I also liked the part about the Swan Patronus. Didn't know that. Your action beats add a lot to the narrative, although I don't think they quite fit into an epistletory format.

Hi there, here from the review-a-thon. I really like the conversational tone of this piece; it does sound just like Justin is talking to the reader, which is a different style from most fanfics. I do wish more of new content, especially towards the end, when Justin mentions that he, Ernie, and Hannah had their own "Yellow Trio" - haha! That was the most interesting part of the story to me, and I would've loved to hear more about some of the stuff they did together. The list of things Justin never told his parents about felt kinda boring and repetitive of what we already know.
