Hi there. This is one of my fave Ryoga/Ukyo fics here at although I must agree with one of the other reviewers that Ranma was slightly too much of a jerk in this one. Sure, he's got his infamous foot-in-mouth disease, but this was kind of extreme, as well as the way Ukyo reacted. I can see how she'd start dressing more feminine and maybe try to flirt with guys to forget Ranma, but rushing out to lose her virginity to any ol' creep...well, would she really?

Anyway, like I said, even though it might not seem like it after all this critisism, this is one of my fave Ry/Uk fics at this site, and so I wanna praise it a little too. The interaction between Ryoga and Ukyo was really well done, in addition to the way you wrote Ryoga's character. He seemed slightly amore confident as usual, which I'm chalking up to the fact that he actually had a girlfriend for a while and got to third base with her (and got scarred for life, hehehe) and the fact that he and Ukyo seem to have become good friends, so he's probably more relaxed around her.

Their 'issues' shouting match was great.

When they started getting frisky, it seemed awfully impulsive, and it felt like a mistake, so it would be a mistake that Ukyo would have to correct in the next chapter. I realize this is a very old story, and that you've probably forgotten all about it, but I for one would be delighted to find out what happens next. This would be too sad an ending.

wow...that was quite an intresting twist on the relationship. I think it could be the great start to a great fanfiction or it can stand alone as a unique one that leaves the reader hanging. Yay! )

I don't know, the story feels fine so far. Definitively not the worst I've read, but you could use more work keeping the characters in character.

For example, Konatsu wouldn't have given up on Ukyo so easily. And while Ranma is a jerk sometimes, he would never hurt Ukyo THAT bad. Ukyo's reaction was kind of extreme too, I can picture her going out to try and forget everything, but you kind of overreacted. Ryoga however, was well written.

Like I said, I've read worse, and this is one of the best Ryoga/Ukyo pairings here in ; I commend you for your effort, it paid off on the story department.

All i have to say is "WOW!" of all the stories of Ryoga and Ukyo hooking up where they instantly fall in love, This one makes the most sense, Ryoga's Shyness, and his fear of being always second to Ranma to the point of thinking that he is a replacement to Ranma for Ukyo, makes the most sense here. But, i am sure that Ukyo felt a little vulnerable and fell hard for Ryoga but i am sure that, you'll make her reflect on what she did and work on being serious about it, and be able to make Ryoga realize that he's better than Ranma in a way. Keep it up.

He walks into a closet! Yeah! Seriously though, I really like what you've done with this fic. It's really turned out well, a very nice exploration of what Ukyo will do when she finally has to admit that its Ranma and Akane. *Sniff* poor Ryoga . . .

Whoa, you're good. You made me drop my glasses with that last scene there, and the I couldn't figure out whether to laugh or hurl at what you did to Akari. Keep it going, you've got talent.

Write more! I'm not the biggest Ryoga/Ukyo fan, but now that it's started, I want to see them end up together; that being the ending is just too depressing.

I don't think Ryoga should have walked into a closet; an old joke like that would ruin the tension, drama, angst, and so on. No reason she can't catch up with him on foot, unless he started roof hopping.

Wow. Just...wow. This was an excellent piece of writing. _ I can't wait to see where you're going with this. Please post the next chapter soon!
