Simply to OP, if you plan to make the story a long one try to tone his strength by at least three quarters; cause otherwise the plot development and the action would always be somewhere along the lines of, "Oh, we're losing?! Here have a taste of Naruto" and bam instant kill. Even with an s-class power Naruto will already be overkill; considering there's only two digits of s-class fighters in YYH existence. Still could be a great story, with better planning in mind.
