Update: Hi all! Laura here! Just wanted to let you all know that I'm starting up on my sequel to Second Chances, called Can't Stop the World. I had a bit of a debate as to how much I should take from True Blood, as I am a fan of the show up until about season four (from there on out it pretty much pissed me off, though I kept watching for my Eric fix, as I'm sure many of you all did as well). In the end, I decided to stick with a purer version of the SSN universe, as much as it grieved me to keep Godric from my alternate world. I loved Godric, and found him a much more enjoyable character than Godfrey. But when I started this, I started it as a series about SSN, and that's what it should stay, as much fun as it would be to mix and mingle.

If any of you have any thoughts on this, feel free to share them. I'm still open to persuasion! And I haven't written that far ahead yet; Sookie and Eric are still firmly planted in Shreveport and Bon Temps. Tempt me, my lovelies... Tempt me away!
