Okay, here's the basics: Female, midtwenties, single,born and raised in NYC. I work with preschoolers with disabilities, and am working toward a Master's in Early Childhood Special Education. In my rare free time, I enjoy listening to alternative music, reading and rereading Harry Potter books, listening to RENT, and watching episodes of Scrubs. The latter three interests are in reference to the fandoms I will most likely be participating in. I'm also pathologically immature, and enjoy acting 10+ years younger than my chronological age when I can get away with it. I love to joke around and consider it extremely important to have a sense of humor in order to survive in this less than perfect world. That doesn't mean I won't be writing anything angsty. Probably the majority of my fics will be a combination of angst and humor. I'll also most likely be sticking to one-shots, because I work an 8 hour day, five days a week, and I'm taking 13 credits this semester. I might write longer pieces come summer.

I also take a great deal of pleasure in satire, and have been told that I have a talent for it.
