Can Congress reach a deal to avoid a government shutdown? With government funding set to run out on September 30th, Republican leaders in the House of Representatives announced plans to pass a bill that would keep the government running only if President Obama's signature health care law is fully defunded. The decision comes after a great deal of GOP infighting, and the chances of such a bill passing the Democratic-controlled Senate are highly unlikely. We'll talk with Sen Ted Cruz (R-TX), a vocal proponent in the Senate of derailing Obamacare, about this latest budget battle.
