Xbox 360 does use Dx10, starting this fall. The 360 was made for people who dont have a computer to feel like they have one with the 360. That's why there are usually no exclusives for PC (Except for The Witcher, WoW, Crysis, etc.) . But, i do however agree with you on the fact that it will be better on the computer, considering the lack of a keyboard and mouse for the 360.
