The best graphics ever. Of course, this is just my opinion and you will likely disagree with some choices.

edit: oh and I would like to clear something up. I realize Galaxy is not as technically powerful as the other games on the list, or some off it. Mario Galaxy I felt looked amazing, whether its on Wii or not. They really knew how to use the Wii's power fully and how to use an amazing art style. I am not claiming Mario Galaxy is technically superior to games like Mass Effect though. I personally think it looks better, but I know Mass Effect is technically better.
Part of the reason I loved Galaxy's graphics so much was because so few games have a similar art style and look GREAT. I love the art style in the game more than almost any other. That is why I put it at #8.
The rest of the games though, I was going more by technical aspects.

Decent vid. I loved the joke at the end. I laughed and thought you were on crack.
I disagree with 8, 4,5. Mario Galaxy does have extremely good art and does look good. But this is graphics, SMG just covered it up andmade the worlds small so that they could make it look good. Dont get me wrong great looking game . . . but yeah.
