But seriously, there's no sense in plagiarizing Joystiq headlines, dude. I can skim that site and get more news in less time, all without hearing your voice.
Keep the videos coming, though. A little more work on the humor and these just might be worth watching someday.
I just wanted to point out that I didn't get a single story from Joystiq for this episode. You see, the way that news stories work is
1. A company releases a "press release" for the general public
2. Sites talk about the press release in their news section.
If this is plagarization, then I'm also plagarizing
Kotaku
Gametrailers Associated Press
MTV.com
EGM
Not to mention every single gaming website out there who covered the story.
Now if you were just trying to say that you don't like my videos then that's o.k. also. You always have that option to not watch it.

DestinRL,
Your quote: "Jack Thompson has officially been told to shut the f*** up by a Florida Supreme Court today."
Alexander Sliwinski from Joystiq: "The Florida Supreme Court has sent out an official STFU to controversial attorney Jack Thompson . . ."
Yourquote: "The court will no longer accept anything directly from him, but he can still hire a lawyer to speak on his behalf."
Gamepolitics "The Florida Supreme Court will no longer accept anything directly from controversial Miami attorney Jack Thompson. If Thompson wants to file with the Court, he's going to need to hire another lawyer to do it on his behalf."
Destin, you may not be as familiar with today's standards of plagiarizing, but journalists, academics, and writers of all kinds have been fired for less. If you ever wanna go into these kinds of productions seriously, I suggest you focus on coming up with your own wording and phraseology. You're obviously talented, so I'd hate to see you bogged down by other people's writing.
Looking forward to your next video. Maybe next time you won't give me another one of your massive thumbs down when I comment.

Jimbo I never thumbed your comment, or any comments on this video. I want the feedback and appreciate everything people have to say. I did read that story on gamepolitics, not Joystiq. I never read any of the stories that I have done on Joystiq. The fact that the supreme court are no longer accepting anything from Jack Thompson is one of the stories main points, and I did attempt to change that point as not to plagarize their version of the story. I don't know if you're in the journalism or a writer but I'm just some guy reading the news during the day and then recording myself talking about it in my basement at night. I'm not making light of the situation. I take this VERY seriously. I used to be a volunteer writer for a gaming website and I DO NOT want to be considered a plagarizer. I'll have to keep this in mind for future videos.
If you look at the first video I did, I actually sited all the websites where I got the stories. I didn't think it mattered to anyone so I didn't do it on this video. I guess I'll need to edit my description of the video and add them again.
Again I did not thumb your comment. Here is a screen shot to prove that I genuinely am listening to your feedback and not just thumbing you down for pointing something out. In the picture, you'll see that I still have the option of thumbing you up or down. http://www.destinlegarie....t.jpg
If it is o.k. with you I would prefer that we take this discussion to our messages area here on GT because were taking up a ton of space in the comment section of this video. I won't be responding to anything else written here.
