@MuramasaEdge: I'm so bummed. GT was my go-to site and The Final Bosman was my favourite show on the net. :( Thanks for all the laughs Kyle! Best of luck
Kyle, just want to say that I'm sorry to hear that these guys decided to tank Gametrailers and wish you all the very best in the future. Truthfully, you're the main reason why I kept coming back to this site after the Defy purchase.
@Ravenbom: I realized when I was playing Far Cry 3 for PS3 for like 6 months and then bought it for PC. When it said "press x" I was literally pressing "A" on the 360 controller for like 5 minutes and nothing was happening... I ended up walking over to my PS3 thinking "maybe it needs charging" then realized the PS3 wasn't even on. That was a hard face palm moment.
I wrote a rant similar to Kyle's video somewhere, maybe on the GT forums about how DS4 needs to become an option in every AAA game from now on. Still hasn't happened. I sent Konami SO many messages begging them to at least put a DS4 option in the PC MGS5... oh wait... they cut off Kojima's internet... how would he get the fucking message? Dicks.
It's so weird how gaming habits become absolutely hard wired if you do them for long enough.
Yeah, I remember playing FF7 for the first time (first ever RPG) when I was like 10. The fact that circle was "accept" and X was "go back" really seemed to confuse me at first. It took a while to get used to but honestly after a while I would have preferred if the rest of the FF games had that button layout. The rest of them went to the western layout.
The Japanese layout just FEELS right to me (or maybe I just put too much time into FF7 to the point where it became default). As Kyle says it's like the Nintendo layout. Where your thumb naturally rests SHOULD be "go".
It never struck me until the last generation when I had 3 controllers with 3 different locations for the X Button. Actually, more controllers than that since I had an old gamecube controller, a DS, a Wii Classic, 360, PS3 and finally I got sucked into the black hole of Street Fighter IV and Capcom fighting games for a while and bought a Madcatz TE controller for my 360. Couple that with the special controllers I had for Guitar Hero/Rock Band and... wow... what a plastic nightmare. Not including the Kinnect that made my body the new X button. Or A button. Or a button.
Oh fuck! I also bought a used copy of Scene It! for the 360 from my friend which also had it's own crappy quiz show collection of controllers!
ANY other decade and no woman would have ever touched my wiener when I took them home and they saw my junk. (I should specify, when I say "my junk" I mean, in this instance, my sad pile of video game plastic.)
E3 won't be the same without you guys

Good luck and thank you.

I disagree with your NX prediction.

Video still not HD. :/ PLEASE FIX THIS, GT! You're still the only game site that can't do HD.
N64 Controller should have been without the left arm, it would've been asymmetrical, but the left arm just gets in the way.
BUTTONS!
Also, Brandon definitely sounded just like a character from Monkey Island this go 'round.

Wow! What a great episode! Please, please, make more. From the joystick, through the d-pad, and to the analog stick would make a great episode.
Woody Allen is that you?
I like how Kyle kinda lost his mind as he came to the NX controller
Not dissing The Final Bosman in any way, but why does it seem like this is the only show on this sight that has new episodes as of late?
Phenomenal episode Kyle, one of your best! Hope your eye gets better soon

What about the buttons on the no buttons GC-controller from the MS commercial? Baffles me to this day!
